I recently had the pleasure of helping a great couple, Rhea and Bobby, purchase a luxury 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit at 3053 California, in Pacific Heights after a long search during the pandemic. We went together to every appointment until they found a place they love. It has a great layout, high-end finishes and is spacious at 2186 square feet. It was originally priced at $2,095,000 but we were able to get it for substantially less. In this overheated market it was not easy to find a unit with the qualities they wanted in the neighborhood they desired near their daughter’s school.

I immediately looked at it online and made an appointment for my clients to see it before others rushed in. After they saw it and reviewed the disclosures, they wrote an offer which was accepted. They are thrilled to live there and it is not a far walk to their daughter’s school. Getting clients into a place they desire is what makes this job so rewarding.
